Yes. We have a fantastic provider who can offer a range of options.

You can start your day at whatever time you choose. All events finish at 12am.

Some noise restrictions apply within our area and we are able allow outside music to play until 10.00pm. Following this, music is allowed within the main venue building until the end of your event at 12am (midnight). Unlike the main event building, the cottage has not been purposefully renovated to contain sound. Because of this, we must ask all guests of the cottage to keep music and sound to a reasonable minimum for the duration of their stay.

Yes, we allow BYO beverages. We work with highly reputable bar staff who will serve your BYO beverages.

No, we require a reputable caterer and certified RSA bar staff to provide food and serve beverages. Mardella Meadows works with a highly reputable cater and bar staff who ensure a high standard of service.

Mardella Meadows works with a specific and highly reputable caterer who ensures high standards of food service. External food trucks may be used following discussion with our events coordination team.

Yes, outside vendors may be used following discussion with our events coordination team.

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the Mardella Meadows grounds with the exception of the designated smoking areas. Designated smoking areas have been specifically allocated to manage and reduce fire risk. Under no circumstances can any person leave the Mardella Meadows grounds onto the private property of which Mardella Meadows is situated with a cigarette or flame (for example, candles). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation/cottage section of Mardella Meadows including the associated garden areas.

The property is an operational farm and to maintain the safety of all people, no person including vendors or guests under any circumstance are permitted to leave the Mardella Meadows grounds to view other areas of the property. There is ample signage on the grounds to reference the boundary of the Mardella Meadows grounds. If you would like a specific photo location that is off the Mardella Meadows grounds, this will need to be requested and organised through the event coordinator.

Check-in for the accomodation is 3pm the day prior to your event. Check-out is 10am the day following your event.

The accomodation is only available for the bridal party the evening prior to your wedding and on the night of your wedding.

No, the cottage is for the exclusive use of the bridal party.

No, unfortunately we don’t have the insurance cover to allow this on the property. This includes no camping at the cottage.

Viewings can be made by contacting the  Mardella Meadows functions team. We will do our best to arrange a time that suits your availability.

Tentative bookings can be made after discussing the available dates with the events team and providing the relevant details. Tentative bookings can be held for two weeks. Conditions apply – please discuss with our events team.
